1. Refund Eligibility
   • Refund requests must be submitted before the stated cancellation deadline
   • No refunds will be issued after the deadline
   • Registration fees are non-transferable unless stated otherwise

   • Visa fees
   • Third-party service charges
3. How to Request a Refund

   • Registered name
   • Invoice or order number
   • Reason for refund request

4. Processing Time

   Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Event Cancellation

   If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, registered participants will be informed of available refund or transfer options.
